We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a full-time temporary basis until December. Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing supplier who really takes care of their team.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive
* Act as first point of contact for telephone enquiries.
* Liaise with other teams including the estimating department.
* Answer enquiries via phone and email and add to the CRM system.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates.
* Qualify and process incoming enquiries.
* Provide and set up quotes.
* Convert enquiries for quotes into tasks.
Requirements for a successful Customer Service Executive
* Previous Sales Administration experience.
* Professional and confident telephone manner.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Teams.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
Summary of the Customer Service Executive role
Salary: £11.80 - £13.00 per hour
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Temporary until December/Christmas
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
