The Opportunity
As a Site Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical enabling works on prestigious Civils & Earthworks Projects around Plymouth. This includes road realignments, utility diversions, and structural works, ensuring that the project progresses on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enabling works, including road alignments, utility diversions, and structures.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Resource Management: Coordinate labour, plant, and materials effectively, ensuring optimal performance and minimal waste.
• Health & Safety: Champion safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
• Quality Control: Monitor project standards and ensure all works meet required specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Programme & Budget Management: Track progress against the programme, manage budgets, and take corrective actions where necessary.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role, ideally on large infrastructure or enabling works.
• Strong technical knowledge of road alignments, utility diversions, and structural works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
