Academics are currently working with an SEN school in Hayes, London who are seeking an experienced or qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP until at least July 2025. Permanent contracts will be available for the right candidates.

This role will involve working across the school, covering classes and interventions with children with additional needs to assist with their individual requirements, ensuring positive outcomes in their development and school experience.

This is an all-through school that strives to ensure learners reach their full potential, enabling them to actively participate in the wider community and prepare for adult life.
Your role will entail leading classes alongside 5-6 teaching assistants, delivering lessons and interventions.
You will work closely with class teachers to deliver the national curriculum and lead on interventions, as well as collaborating with the SENCO to ensure the children's needs are met. You will also work alongside external organisations such as Speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
This school welcomes applications from Higher Level Teaching Assistants with the qualification or experience working with SEN and covering classes/leading interventions.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working with SEN or delivering lessons within a primary or SEN setting.
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum is essential.
