We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. Your primary goal will be to leverage your outreach skills and creativity to initiate meaningful conversations with businesses retailing multiple products online.
The part you’ll play
* Engage with target businesses: Use a variety of outreach methods such as sending personalised gifts, making phone calls, asking for introductions, sending LinkedIn messages and videos, and inviting prospects to events.
* Generate opportunities: Work smartly and creatively to open doors and demonstrate the value of our client’s exceptional product suite through free trials.
* Cultivate relationships: Plant the seeds of interest and nurture them to grow into valuable opportunities, earning you attractive bonuses in addition to your salary.
The skills you’ll need
* Experience in lead generation or a similar role in sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job Details
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Middlesbrough (Office based role)
Salary: Up to £30,000, with uncapped bonuses taking earnings above £40,000
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays
