Job Description
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
* Managing the credit control process and ensuring timely payments of debts.
* Building and maintaining close links with all customers, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.
* Conducting meetings and negotiations with customers as required to ensure payments are made in accordance with terms.
* Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
* Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
* Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
* Providing accounts information to internal departments.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Proven experience in a credit control role within the healthcare industry.
* Strong understanding of the legal complexities of loans, payments, and interest rates.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
