Description Location: Hybrid - Bristol Next Start Date: 24th February 2025 Compensation: £23,985 monthly performance-related bonus after probation completion. This role will give you the opportunity to deal with a range of different customers, with different queries. This is a very dynamic role, and no two days are quite the same. You must be available to start with us Monday 24th February 2025 and no leave can be taken in the first 6 weeks, whilst you’re training. The role is not available outside the UK, you must be located within 1 hours commute of Bristol and you must have reliable Internet/Wi-Fi connection. We’re offering Monday – Friday, (That’s right, no weekends) working on a rota basis, between the hours of 8AM – 5.45PM. You will be required to work some bank holidays (this will be on a rota’d basis) Training You will be required onsite for the first 6 weeks, during your training. After completion of training, you will be required to continue attending the office full time, until you have successfully completed your probationary period, then will revert to hybrid (3 days a week in office minimum). Training hours for the 6 weeks will be 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM. You must be available to work these hours.
