The role
:
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for all aspects of customer service from responding to email enquiries, checking customer accounts, monitoring direct debits, taking payments, and any other customer and client follow up demands. This role will also give support to sales, admin and the accounts teams where necessary to carry out administrative tasks and assist with any excess workloads.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Direct communication with customers by phone and email
2. Complaint resolution
3. Liaison with multiple departments to ensure a complete understanding of the current situation, processes and required actions to ensure a timely and appropriate outcome for both client and the business
4. Preparation and checking of invoices
5. Chasing any outstanding payments from customers
6. Liaison with accounts, sales teams to ensure smooth, timely and accurate provision of information to clients
7. Providing quality and timely customer service by phone and email at all times
8. Sales administration as necessary
Skills, competencies & experience required:
9. Customer service focussed with a great phone manner
10. High attention to detail
11. Competent in use of Excel and Word
