My client are urgently seeking an experienced B2B sales manager, working within the competitive same day transport industry, for a well established continuously growing nationwide same-day courier company. The Ideal candidate must have experience with selling the services of a transport company, alongside an in depth knowledge of the industry, a background in B2B sales is crucial to fulfil the role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the transportation industry and a proven track record in contract sales. Must have use of own vehicle at all times, all mileage undertaken for work will be paid as standard Experience: Proven success in B2B contract sales, with a focus on the transport or logistics industry. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities. An experience or knowledge within online marketing would be advantageous. Daily duties to include, but not limited to- Checking on the wellbeing of current customers, calling and emailing new potential prospects, visiting potential customers for face to face meetings, representing the company at various events or conferences in the area & beyond. Competitive base salary offered based on experience. Very competitive commission structure in place.
