Project Manager / Senior Agent Location: Suffolk Duration: 6 Months Minimum Rate: £450 per day About the Role Are you an experienced Project Manager / Senior Agent with a strong background in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team on a major highways scheme, which is entering the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase. This high-profile project will play a key role in shaping the future of transport and connectivity in the region. As a Project Manager / Senior Agent, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of key project elements, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee project delivery from the ECI phase through to construction, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement. ECI & Planning: Manage Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) activities, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with designers and key stakeholders to optimize project delivery strategies. Construction Oversight: Oversee Construction Test Plans (CTPs) and ensure all testing aligns with project specifications. Manage Lifting Plans, ensuring compliance with LOLER regulations and best practices. Coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to program schedules and budgets. Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. What We’re Looking For CSCS Card Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Agent on major highways or infrastructure projects. Expertise in ECI works, CTPs, lifting operations, and overall project management. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management tools.
