Role: The Engagement Lead will champion successful delivery excellence for client engagements through the Route to Live process. Drive innovation and best practices in project delivery methodologies to optimize client outcomes. Manage complex client relationships and negotiations, focusing on achieving successful delivery and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic engagement plans tailored to the client's specific needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with the Route to Live process and efficient delivery (across a portfolio of projects or the entire organisation). Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive project management plan that optimizes delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies (across a portfolio of projects or the entire organisation). Manage and negotiate client expectations at a senior level, ensuring alignment with project goals and achievable delivery outcomes (across a portfolio of projects or the entire organisation). Represent ClearRoute at a senior level with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and advocating for successful delivery (across the organisation). Identify and implement best practices across the Route to Live process to continuously improve delivery efficiency and client satisfaction (organization-wide). Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior Engagement Leads, fostering a culture of delivery excellence (across the organisation). Requirements: Strategic Leadership: you have previously developed and executed strategic plans for large-scale projects and accounts. Team Leadership: you’ve led and managed diverse, cross-functional teams. Client Relationship Management: You can build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives. Business Development: You can successfully close deals and exceed revenue targets. Financial Management: You can manage significant budgets and optimise resource allocation. Thought Leadership: You have published articles, spoken at industry events, or contributed to thought leadership initiatives. Change Management: You’ve led organisational change initiatives and managed transitions.
