Job Title: Associate / Associate Director - Strategic Land Projects

Your role will include:
1. Leading strategic land projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with planning policies and client goals.
2. Managing a portfolio of strategic land sites, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing planning applications and appeals.
3. Engaging with landowners, developers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
4. Conducting site appraisals, site searches, and impact assessments to support development opportunities.
5. Mentoring and managing junior team members, contributing to the growth and expertise of the team.
6. Staying ahead of planning legislation, market trends, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
What we're looking for:
1. Extensive experience in planning, ideally within consultancy or the development industry.
2. Proven track record of delivering strategic land projects.
3. Full membership of the RTPI.
4. Strong understanding of the UK planning system, particularly in relation to strategic land development.
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
6. A results-driven, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
7. Ability to mentor and inspire a team while driving client satisfaction.
