The Head of L&D will be responsible for shaping the learning and development strategy. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders you will develop and implement strategic solutions to ensure training programmes meet the needs of the various business units and employees at all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
3. Manage the Learning and Development team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
4. Identify skill gaps within each business unit and create strategic solutions to support the operations teams.
