We are recruiting for an experienced Front of House/Receptionist to join our client, an established facilities management organisation to support their client on an ongoing temporary basis at their offices in Liverpool. Acting as the main point of contact for all visitors to the organisation, the successful candidate will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure all queries and requests are completed effectively. Duties will include: Meeting and greeting all visitors and employees Updating and maintaining visitor logs for audit and fire safety purposes Booking and facilitating meeting and conference rooms Arranging and coordinating onward travel plans General administration and reception duties as required The successful candidate will have experience working within a Front of House role and be confident working with all MS Office packages. You will be available to start immediately and able to commit to an ongoing temporary role.
