We are currently looking for a Compliance Manager and Licensee for a nationwide Real Estate Company. Ideally based from Christchurch, you will be responsible for management of the national compliance functions for their large network, providing support to Business Owners, Managers and Salespeople.
Responsibilities
* Hold the Company License with REA.
* Act as the supervising agent for all Business Owners and Salespeople.
* Deliver a supervision culture.
* Work closely with the leadership team to execute training workshops.
* Deliver additional coaching, mentoring, support and training programme for new "probationary" agents.
* Regularly audit and update compliance material.
* Implement and maintain a consistent visitation and supervision programme.
* Assist the network to create business development and sales plans.
* Report to the leadership team.
* Provide and accept regular constructive feedback.
Minimum Requirements
* Your Agents License (or able to get it prior to commencement).
* Extensive experience in the New Zealand Real Estate market.
* Experience in a similar compliance role.
