Berry Recruitment are now recruiting for an Operations & Maintenance Team Assistant to work for a Football Association at a Stadium in Oxford.
This role would involve basic maintenance at the Stadium to organising and planning the documentations associated with pre and post matches
Role: Operations & Maintenance Team Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: Oxford
Hours: 09:00 0 17:00 with availability for Match Day Games.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations & Maintenance Team Assistant:
Assist with invoicing and relevant reporting to the Head of Safety Operations Assist with administrative tasks, ensure compliance with safety certification and all statutory licensing requirements Facilitate contractor movement and working on site ensuring all health and safety inductions and requirements are complied with. Proactively assist with and promote the safety and security of the stadium and to ensure compliance with the licensing conditions of the Kassam Stadium To be available to respond to and manage safety incidents on matchday Provide cover during periods of annual leave to answer enquiries and address issues on behalf of the Head of Match Day Operations
