Our Team:
Our New Issues Credit Data team is responsible for the timely and accurate publication of new bonds being brought to market. We are responsible for developing automated pipelines for ingestion and publication of new issue data, enhancing our primary markets dataset, and finding opportunities to expand our data product offering through client engagement. We work closely with internal consumers of our data including the News, Evaluated Pricing, and Index teams. We also heavily collaborate with our counterparts in Product, Sales & Engineering.
What's the role?
We are looking for a data management professional focusing on data quality to help build out effective data management solutions and promote practices to define, measure and manage data quality of our datasets. This includes applying industry standard methodologies to devise quality checks and quality metrics in the ETL processes that create, transform and store data, and measure data against standards defined by our clients' needs. You'll also focus on Identifying and advocating for opportunities to improve the quality of data, through process improvements or workflow infrastructure enhancements, as well as providing guidance on how to implement processes to measure, monitor and report on our data quality to our internal partners in Product or Sales.

2. Educate and empower colleagues in industry principles of data quality, in order to elevate awareness, appreciation and application of these principles more broadly
3. Closely collaborate with Product and Engineering counterparts to help craft data quality strategy, execution roadmap, define return on investment and technical solutions
4. Perform data profiling and apply statistical methods to support data quality measurements
5. Optimally and proactively connect with partners and senior management
6. Keep up with the industry trends, standards, and innovation in the data quality domain
You'll Need to Have:

7. 4+ years of professional experience in Data Quality Management, Quality Assurance Consulting or establishing Dataernance on metrics design within Finance or Technology industries*
8. Experience in crafting and developing data quality metrics and reporting as a part of a bigger data architecture framework
9. Understanding of ETL processes and broader data workflow engineering concepts
10. Up-to-date knowledge of events taking place in the financial markets
11. Demonstrable experience in Data Profiling/Analysis using tools such as Python, R, or SQL-Ability to lead multiple projects with global scope in parallel, with superbmunication and stakeholder management skills We'd Love to See:
12. DAMA CDMP or DCAM certifications
13. Familiarity with Fixed Ie asset classes, particularly corporate bonds and debt instruments.
14. Project Management experience and familiarity with JIRA
