Company Description
Hyperscience is a market leader in hyperautomation and a provider of enterprise AI infrastructure software. The Hyperscience Hypercell platform unlocks the value of an organization’s back office data through the automation of end-to-end processes, and transforms complex documents into LLM and RAG-ready data to power enterprise GenAI experiences. This enables organizations to transform manual, siloed processes into a strategic advantage, resulting in a faster path to decisions, actions, and revenue; positive and engaging customer, public, and patient experiences; and dramatic increases in productivity.
Leading organizations across the globe rely on Hyperscience to drive their hyperautomation initiatives, including American Express, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, HM Revenue and Customs, Mars, Stryker, The United States Social Security Administration, and The United States Veterans Affairs. The company is funded by top tier investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, Battery, FirstMark, Stripes, and Tiger Global.

* Product Expertise: Stay updated on product releases and roadmaps to train internal teams and provide informed guidance.
* Field Insights: Gather and document customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
* Technical Leadership: Maintain deep knowledge of HyperScience products and support sales in addressing critical technical challenges.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison, working with sales, marketing, and services teams to create tailored presentations, demos, and POCs.
Must have:
* Experience: 6+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or related enterprise SaaS roles.
* Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Cloud architecture, SaaS, on-prem deployments, scripting languages, and APIs.

* Customer Influence: Proven track record of building technical and executive advocates.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel.
Nice to have:
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in intelligent document processing (IDP) or automation is a plus.
* AI & ML Expertise: Background in AI, Generative AI, and competitor technologies, particularly in automation and machine learning.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python is beneficial.
* Security Clearance: SC/DV clearance is advantageous.
