1. Responsible for ensuring that breakfast and the buffet are prepared and presented to a high quality to deliver an excellent guest experience.
2. Work closely with the breakfast kitchen team.
3. Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard-free.
4. Assist with food cost controls.
Person Specification:
1. Reliable, enthusiastic individual.
2. Well-presented and motivated.
3. Ability to work unsupervised.
