Key Responsibilities include Data Management and Integrity Oversee the collection, maintenance, and integrity of HR data within the HR Information System (HRIS). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regular updates across all HR systems. Conduct regular data audits and cleansing activities to maintain data quality. HR Reporting and Analytics Develop and distribute regular People reports and dashboards for senior management, covering metrics like employee turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and diversity. Analyse People data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and employee experience improvements. Support the People & OD team in using data for workforce and succession planning, and other strategic initiatives. Provide regular reports to the Chief People Officer, and other stakeholders.
