Role Overview As a Regional Panel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicles. Your role will require flexibility and adaptability as you travel between our sites, ensuring that all work meets our strict standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform panel repairs and replacements to a high standard, including welding and alignment. Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair methods. Work closely with other technicians and site managers to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a high standard of workmanship, adhering to manufacturer and industry guidelines. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace. Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used. Requirements Proven experience as a Panel Technician in the automotive repair industry. Expertise in panel beating, welding, and vehicle body repairs. Understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in vehicle body repair (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
