Role Overview: As a Technical Trainer, you will support our operational teams by rolling out technical training, supporting regulatory reviews, and implementing strategic changes. You will provide new starter training, upskill team members, and deliver system-based training regularly. You will also work with Admiral Academy to ensure mandatory courses are attended by leadership and share best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct training needs analysis and deliver training across all lending products.
* Produce and maintain training material following internal or regulatory changes.
* Develop and maintain procedural and process documentation.
* Build and maintain roadmaps to plan your time and manage communication/training trackers.
* Provide technical training for new starters and focus on group coaching sessions.
* Develop new material on key change plans and continuous knowledge competency testing.
* Create bespoke training refresher packs based on QA results.
* Liaise with Operational Management and the Customer Outcome Team to develop scripting packs and process guidance.
* Support call leveling sessions and conduct coaching and role plays.
* Work alongside the Customer Outcome and Compliance teams to translate FCA guidance into training material.
* Review roadmaps to understand inter-department changes and impacts on Operational Teams.
* Focus on digital enhancements to help customers self-serve.

Desired Experience:
* Experience in Financial Services.
* Understanding complex change requirements and identifying gaps in processes.
* Technical mind to quickly review and translate system processes.
* Understanding of JIRA software and working within an agile environment.
* Comfortable presenting within working groups to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
