An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to join a highly successful small animal practice in Suffolk. Our client is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a management role or an experienced Vet who already holds a leadership position and is eager for a fresh challenge.
Located in an ancient market town in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, this charming area is beloved by both locals and visitors. The practice itself is modern and well-equipped, featuring top-notch facilities such as an in-house laboratory, radiography, ultrasound, a dedicated dental suite, and a comprehensive dental radiography service. You'll be joining a supportive team that includes two Veterinary Surgeons—one with a certificate in ophthalmology and another with a CertAVP—alongside four Registered Veterinary Nurses, two Student Nurses, and a skilled team of Receptionists, all committed to making your work life as smooth as possible.
Our client is seeking a candidate with strong clinical skills and the ability to support colleagues in case discussions and workups. Ideally, you should be willing to mentor new graduates, sharing your knowledge and experience when needed. The Rota:
• Full time role - 40 hour week, ideally over 4 days with a day off during the week
• 1:3 Saturday morning rota with TOIL the following week
• No OOH or on-call
