Role: Business Support Executive
Location: Epsom/ Home Based
Term: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Operational Hours: Mon - Fri 9am- 5:30pm
My Epsom based client is looking to recruit a Business Support Executive on a hybrid basis to support the clients stakeholders.
As a Business Support Executive you will be a key member of the Centre of Excellence team, which ensures high standards and quality delivery of key administrative duties at a senior level (mainly C-suite level).
Working closely with the client to understand their needs and expectations, delivering tailored solutions that suit their goals and maintaining relationships are critical functions for the Business Support Executive.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with various administrative tasks including inbox and diary management
2. PA support (travel bookings, event coordination)
3. Document production, data entry and financial administration
4. Social media, copywriting and marketing strategy support
5. Ad hoc work including formatting of documents, data entry and proofreading
Keep in regular contact with the senior team and proactively manage their expectations.
Ensure to communicate any client request to the Business Support Executive team.
Sending task reports and status updates from the Business Support Executive team to the senior management team.

1. Flexibility and adaptability
2. Good communication skills
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Ability to act with a high level of discretion and diplomacy
5. Skilled within the use of the Microsoft suite with a good level of attention to detail
