Job Title: Retail Car Sales Executive
Location: City of York
Our client, a well-established and successful family-owned dealer group, is offering an exciting career opportunity for an Experienced Retail Car Sales Executive to join their team at their franchise dealership based in the York area.
Working as part of the sales team, you will have a fixed day off per week and every other weekend off.
You will already have a proven car sales track record with a minimum of three years' experience, and you will be responsible for the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to handover and follow-up.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-owned, family-run business and a brand that will continue to develop with new products coming to the market over the next few years.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 18.00, Saturday 9.00 - 17.00, Sunday 11.00 - 16.00

1. Good basic salary of £20,000 plus commissions (uncapped) with a realistic OTE of £52,000 plus.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company.
2. To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
3. To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.
Requirements:
1. Driven, enthusiastic, and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations.
2. Smartly presented at all times.
3. 100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers.
4. High standard of administrative and paperwork skills.
5. Proficient in selling add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care, and other warranty/insurance-related products.
6. Always ensure FCA compliant.
