Role: Group Product Manager

Location: Basildon, Essex

Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office

Salary: up to £115,000 + bonus

We are partnered with a leader in the Automotive insutry who are experiencing an exciting period of transformation. They are searching for a Group Product Manager to help build and implement online products and experiences that will really up their customer service. 🚘💓


As Group Product Manager you will lead their Customer Servicing team, and will be responsible for their contact centre as a service, salesforce service cloud and customer service platform (including telephony systems). They have sign off to utilise AI and this is a real growth area for them, You’ll lead a team of 5 Product Managers and have the opportunity to shape what Product looks like! 👪
