Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for aConveyancing Supervisorrole for a Lawcompany based in London.Currently, we are in search of an energetic and driven Conveyancing Supervisor with a passion for leading a thriving conveyancing department and playing a pivotal role in our ongoing success. Prospective candidates should possess experience and extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
Job Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervising a conveyancing team.
* Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
* In-depth understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Client-focused with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve set targets.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Inspire, lead, and oversee a department of conveyancing professionals, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Client Service: Ensure the provision of high-quality legal services to our clients.
* Quality Assurance: Develop team leaders to ensure rigorous quality monitoring and compliance in all conveyancing transactions, adhering to legal regulations and best practices.
* Compliance: Uphold our CQS accreditation and membership on lender platforms and panels. Establish and enhance internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SRA guidance and the Conveyancing protocol.
* Performance Management: Furnish senior management with regular performance reports, analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
* Business Development: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the department's profile by sharing valuable insights and expertise.
* Technology: Identify and implement technological solutions that augment the efficiency and transparency of conveyancing processes.
