The post holder will work closely with the Operations Manager for Human Resources (HR) in the areas of induction, review, appraisal, retention, development, staff engagement and the day to day HR requirements of the Practice. In addition, the post holder will provide the management and leadership skills necessary to train and develop Team Managers in various aspects of HR, as appropriate to their roles and duties. The role will focus primarily on leading the HR element for the Practice; being responsible for delivering efficient support that facilitates the smooth running of the Operations Department, which contributes to the wider business. The post holder will work with the Operations Manager, ensuring that employees receive the guidance and support they require whilst in our employment.
