The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to oversee and support the delivery of services to Salford residents through the Economically Inactive Trailblazer contract. You will lead a team providing tailored employability and wellbeing support while also supporting the wider Salford Employment Hub activity.
This role is pivotal in championing integration in Salford by developing strong relationships with stakeholders, managing contract performance, and ensuring a high-quality service to participants and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the operational delivery and performance of the Economically Inactive Trailblazer contract.
* Support front-line staff in delivering contract outcomes and the wider Salford Employment Hub services.
* Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, partners and Borough-level Ecosystem/Social Prescription Networks.
* Act as the first point of contact for local integration, including the development of local integration plans with Local Leads.
* Identify employer recruitment and workforce development needs and promote relevant GC services.
* Monitor day-to-day staff performance and attendance, escalating any issues to the Operations Manager.
* Coordinate engagement activity across the borough to generate referrals and support resident participation.
* Ensure all data and management information systems are updated in line with compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong interpersonal and promotional skills, with the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Experience of supporting or leading staff teams to meet targets and deliver services.
* Excellent IT skills and experience using CRM or case management systems.
* Experience of delivering IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) to a broad client base.
* Good understanding of barriers to employment and knowledge of welfare-to-work and local support services.
