Our Company
Global Water Intelligence (GWI) is the leading publisher and events organiser serving the international water industry. The Context
The greatest impact of climate change is on the water cycle, and as temperatures rise beyond the 1.5°C threshold, water security is becoming the single biggest challenge we face. But water security is not just about the droughts and floods brought on by climate change. It is also about ensuring that the infrastructure is there for everyone to have access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation, that that the systems are in place to protect the environment and public health from water borne pollutants, and more generally that water attracts the investment it needs as urbanisation and population growth put pressure on resources.
The conversation around how we can bring water and money together begins at the Global Water Summit. It is the flagship water industry event of the year, renowned for its industry-leading agenda and high concentration of water sector executives that attend each year. It is an unmatched networking and strategy development opportunity for our executive-level attendees.
