Job Description
* Manage and oversee the entire invoicing process within the retail department.
* Ensure all invoices are accurate and dispatched on time.
* Streamline invoicing and billing procedures for efficiency.
* Oversee credit control and cash management
* Communicate with other departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
* Prepare and present reports on billing activities.
* Ensure compliance with company's policies and relevant legal regulations.
* Develop strategies to improve the invoicing process.
* Lead, motivate and support a team within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Manager should have:
* Proven experience in managing invoicing in a retail environment.
* Strong knowledge of billing procedures and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Superior numerical skills and attention to detail.
