Our client is searching for a passionate Product Specialist with high-level organisation skills to join their team!

We are working with a leading supplier of medical and surgical devices with a reputation for delivering high quality products and excellence in customer service, helping healthcare professionals offer best practice solutions to their patients.
What you’ll be doing
Our client is on the search for an experienced Product Specialist to join the Sales department to achieve objectives and manage present sales business in a defined geographical territory; all through direction from the National Sales Manager. Their expectation is that you will be in the field for up to 4 days per week with the remaining day an admin day.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
* Ensure all relevant competitor and pricing information is gathered and communicated to the Sales Manager in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide excellent customer service and efficiently manage all customer/ product complaints promptly
* Complete all company administration promptly – maintaining CRM effectively
* Deliver critical information and market intelligence that support the commercial team for tender processes.
* Plan and prioritise sales activities that drive customer engagement and progression of pipeline.
A bit about you
You’ll have at least 18 months of solid medical device sales experience and an excellent demonstrable sales track record.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
* Extensive knowledge in Account Management - selling at consultant and senior decision-maker level is also essential
* Experience in the medical device field and working knowledge of procurement channels and NHS OM
* Local understanding of procurement partners and a network of contacts to support your growth in the hospitals you cover.
* Be trustworthy and set high standards. You uphold core values that separate you from the competition
