Role Description
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a commercial function within B2B context. A background in fashion, lifestyle and outdoor furnishing is a plus
• Oversee the operations of the Sales Department, assigning tasks to team members, overseeing department-wide performance and progress, and subsequently submit reports to the CEO
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
• Reinforce commercial activities with current clients/ prospects and identifying new customers and outlets in the B2B segment via various channel
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored
• Assist with marketing & social media to drive leads
Qualifications
* Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills
* Client Account Management and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Product Presentation and Negotiation skills
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
* Experience in the outdoor or events industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
