* Oversee Music assessment processes to ensure consistency and fairness and seamless exam delivery.
* Manage examiner recruitment, training, moderation, and standardisation to uphold LCME and regulatory standards.
* Handle examiner queries and manage the appeals and enquiries process for Music.
* Contribute to syllabus and publication development.
The Person
We are looking for a highly experienced music professional with a strong background in assessment and examiner management. You should have:
* Extensive experience in Music education, assessment, and performance.
* A deep understanding of all genres of Music performance and pedagogical styles.
* Proven experience in training, moderation, and management.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* The ability to uphold consistency and high standards in assessment.
