Our diverse and experienced team of Clinical Psychologists offers a broad range of clinical expertise, working with clients across the lifespan and presenting with a wide variety of mental health needs. As part of this growth, we are now seeking a dedicated Neuropsychologist to join our team. This role represents a unique opportunity to establish and shape psychiatric services within the practice, enabling us to offer integrated, multidisciplinary care and further enhance support to our clients.

Your Role
As the Neuropsychologist at IHL, you will:
* Deliver high-quality neuropsychological assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for children, adolescents, and adults presenting with cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental concerns, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with tailored recommendations and treatment planning.
* Develop evidence-based, individualised treatment plans and provide therapeutic support to help clients and families manage cognitive and functional difficulties.
* Collaborate with Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and other professionals to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care.
* Contribute to the growth of IHL’s neuropsychology service, with opportunities to develop areas of special interest and shape service delivery.
Selection Criteria
* Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA, with endorsement (or eligibility) in Clinical Neuropsychology.
* Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
* Demonstrated experience in neuropsychological assessment and intervention across diverse presentations, including neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD).
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including report writing and collaborative teamwork.
* Commitment to client-centred, collaborative care, and a flexible, proactive approach to meeting client and practice needs.
