Outstanding Finance Business Partner Opportunity with a £200m t/o Global Market Leading business based in the Knowsley area. Reporting directly to the Commercial Financial Controller in a newly created role within the Group Commercial Finance Team, your remit will include:
1. Finance Business Partner to the senior management team and budget holders across your own business area.
2. Business Planning & Analysis.
3. Supporting strategic business decisions to ensure optimum profitability and long-term growth.
4. Financial modelling / business case appraisal for potential new ventures.
5. Tender bid support.
6. Sales analysis & reporting.
7. Project integration.
8. Supporting annual budgeting and planning.
9. Supporting investment decisions.
10. Development of short-term and long-range project plans and budgets.
Applicants should be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA professionals or later stage active studiers committed to achieving full qualification, although non-qualified applicants with prior experience in a similar profile role/s will also be considered. You will have previous management accounting and business partnering experience and will have the communication skills, gravitas and personality to forge strong relationships with multi-site finance and non-finance managers and budget holders to board level. You will be highly collaborative, self-motivated and will have the hunger to add real business value/make a difference.
An annual salary to £48-£58k (Depending on experience and qualification) is complemented with benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing by one per year to a maximum of 30, Pension employer 5%/employee 4%, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home), and an excellent working environment and culture.
