Pipe Fitter TIG Welder - Process Pipework
Location: Telford, TF2 7GJ
Hours: 40 Hours Monday - Friday 8.00am - 16.30pm
Duration: 6 months work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Pipe Fitter TIG Welder - Process Pipework to join the company's Birmingham office, supporting a pipework installation project in Telford.
Duties
As a suitably qualified and experienced pipe fitter welder - TIG, you will be working on site at a food production facility in Telford, TF2 7GJ. Typical duties will include:
1. Fabricating and butt-welding schedule 20 and schedule 40 mild steel and stainless steel pipework up to 8" diameter.
2. Working with 1" to 4" OD thin wall stainless steel and some jacketed pipework spools.
3. Fitting the fabricated pipework and manufacturing brackets and associated pipe supports.
4. Assisting other pipe fitter welders as necessary.
About You
Based ideally in Telford, you will need to live within a commutable distance of TF2 7GJ. Demonstrable experience of pipe-fitting and stainless steel TIG butt welding within a food, drink, or petrochemical processing environment is essential for this role. You'll also need to have good all-round welding experience with current or previous coding's to support this.
Compensation
In return for your experience, you will receive a salary circa £29.00 to £32.00 per hour CIS, along with a range of benefits associated with a market-leading organisation.
