Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Liaise with suppliers to ensure shipping orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
* Client Communication: Keeping clients informed of shipping times by liaising with couriers to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery date.
* Database Management: Keep our customer information up-to-date and help maintain accurate sales records and shipping orders.
* Reporting: Updating ERP systems with accurate direct shipping delivery dates for the benefit of customers.
