In the role of Senior Engineering & Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for
* Leading the improvement of operations for the Building Products Business, playing a key role in achieving operational efficiency
* Leading and supporting a multi discipline team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Building Products sites ensuring contribution towards zero harm and zero incidents
* Responsible for the engineering and maintenance team to deliver the required quality, service and performance outputs within budget, ensuring an effective maintenance regime is completed with the aims of increased reliability across the site, extending plant life and long term reduction in maintenance spend and increase OEE

* Higher Education Achievement HND/HNC/Degree Level and NEBOSH/ISHOSH (desirable)
* Strong maintenance/engineering background with an excellent understanding of modern maintenance Processes
* Experience in the industry: mechanical, electrical and process engineering
* Experience of maintenance, continuous improvement and energy consumption
* The ability to lead a multi discipline maintenance team, at various stages of their career, demonstrating Tarmac values and leading by example
