About the Role:
Join our valued client, a local authority in North Wales, as a Qualified Social Worker in their Family Intervention Team. In this pivotal role, you'll work collaboratively with First Contact and Targeted Support teams, managing cases from initial contact through to conferences, court proceedings, and reviews. Your work will have a direct impact on safeguarding children and supporting families through meaningful interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and provide timely safeguarding interventions.
Prepare and present court reports and manage cases under PLO proceedings.
Engage families with tailored advocacy and support services.
Participate in multi-agency conferences, reviews, and statutory meetings.

Requirements:
Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
Registration with Social Care Wales.
Experience in child protection, safeguarding, and PLO proceedings.
