As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator with OSPREY LONDON, you will play a vital role in supporting the Merchandising department with admin processes related to purchase orders and data management.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, numerical aptitude, and analytical thinking. They should also be proficient in Excel and ideally have experience working with stock management systems.
This role is based at our stables in Great Gaddesden and requires occasional visits to our Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead.
You will be responsible for:
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely collection of purchase orders and managing intake with the Distribution Manager
* Daily communication with freight forwarders to guarantee on-time deliveries and updates regarding future and pending orders
* Producing weekly reports for shipping meetings and maintaining accurate master shipping records
* Updating the ERP system with shipment information and communicating with relevant departments
* Regularly liaising with the Wholesale team regarding customer deadlines
In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide administration support to the Merchandising team, identify best-selling products, develop knowledge of the allocation system, and ensure accuracy of ERP system and critical master report data.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that values collaboration, pride, and true grit.
