We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Food and Beverage to join our team at\nHolme Lacy House Hotel.
Your Role:
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the seamless\noperation of our diverse dining establishments, including multiple restaurants,\nand bars. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of up to 100 individuals,\ncollaborating closely with both the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage\nManagers to foster a cohesive working environment. As the Head of Food and\nBeverage, you'll play a key role in enhancing our guests' experiences, ensuring\nthat the dining aspect of their stay at Warner Hotels exceeds expectations.
