The Trust have recently implemented a new Volunteer Management System to help streamline and expand our volunteer programme. The Volunteer Manager will lead on this, while supporting Volunteer leads across the organisation, to ensure that we provide a high-quality, safe, inclusive, and effective volunteer experience. Working closely with the Head of People and Resources to create a Volunteer strategy, the volunteer manager will work in collaboration with departments to identify new opportunities. If you are highly personable, well-organised, experienced in managing complex programmes and have a passion from the natural world, we would love to hear from you.
