Position: SEN Primary Teacher (Special Educational Needs)

Aspire are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of SEN pupils.
* Develop individualized learning plans (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues, families, and specialists.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with the wider school team to promote best practices in SEN support.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
* MUST have at least 6 months teaching experience with in the UK.
* Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within a primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
