About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our community pub in Rotherham, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a business strategy to increase customer engagement and sales
* Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory, payroll, and maintenance
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the pub and its events
* Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
