Role Information: This position is within our Rough Sleepers’ Accommodation programme in Tameside. The programme offers self-contained longer term temporary accommodation and wrap around support to people with experience of rough sleeping, to enable them to live as independently as possible and gain the skills and confidence to sustain a tenancy and live a fulfilling life. The Keyworker will work across shifts to cover the service from 8am-8pm, including some weekends and bank holidays. They will carry a small caseload and offer person centered, wrap around support to address any barriers to tenancy sustainment and move on to permanent accommodation.These barriers could include substance use, mental and physical health difficulties, offending, domestic abuse, debt and money management issues.
