Are you ready to lead Great Britain’s top judo talent to the podium on the world stage? British Judo is searching for an inspirational Performance Director to head our World Class Performance Programme (WCPP) and steer our elite athletes toward success at LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032.
This is more than just a job — it’s a leadership mission at the heart of British Olympic and Paralympic sport. You will be leading and shaping the high-performance strategy for the sport in line with UK Sport targets and British Judo’s ambitions.
