We are working with an excellent wholesale company based in Whitefield who are looking for a part time Credit Controller to join them on a part time, permanent basis. This role will be working approx 20 hours per week, but are flexible with working days/hours etc. This company are a medium sized turnover company, and will report into the finance manager. Duties include: Chasing overdue invoices Raising sales credit notes Allocating payments on the in house accounting package Handling queries relating to the ledger/credit control Adding new customers onto the system Performing credit checks on new customers Reporting any debtor issues to the finance manager Applying for credit insurance Bank reconciliations (multi-currency) Month end reconciliations Other adhoc duties Benefits: Competitive holidays bank holidays (pro-rata for the hours) Flexible days/hours (approx 20 hours per week) Parking on site Staff discount of products on the website
