Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a national automotive business in Northampton. The role joins a collaborative, autonomous team in a varied role working with franchise GMs to drive forward business through multi-channel marketing. Responsibilities include: Maintain and interpret market, customer, competitor and media insights. Understand yearly and quarterly targets and delivery of leads to achieve these targets. Develop an annual marketing plan and a rolling quarterly go to market plan for each franchise. Identify and exploit key marketing activities for your franchise. Own, manage and support campaign delivery from concept to completion including writing briefs, media strategy insights & planning with the agency, campaign tracking & stakeholder management. Deliver optimal marketing investment. Budget planning and management. Brand lead for the franchise under your remit. Attend and input to manufacturer meetings. Report franchise lead performance by channel. Ensure the firm maximises opportunity for manufacturer co-funded campaigns. Third-party relationship management. The successful candidate will be in the office/on-site 3 days a week with 2 days working from home. The new Marketing Manager will have support from agencies, a Marketing Executive & digital marketing team to fulfil their tactical campaigns & strategic projects. Working with the biggest automotive firms your role will be to develop the local commercial landscape to drive business.
