About the Job Sinclair is looking for an experienced and motivated Global Marketing Manager to lead its top injectable brand in the regenerative space. The role involves developing the annual Global Brand Plan, strategic framework, and supporting deliverables for area and country affiliates to strengthen Sinclair’s premium position in the aesthetic market. The Marketing Manager will drive strategic long-term planning (LRP), working closely with R&D and key markets to shape the brand's future and life cycle. Key responsibilities include developing marketing and training tools, ensuring global brand consistency, and driving competitive differentiation across regions (B2B2C and B2B). This role partners with global and country Brand Managers, as well as Digital and E-Learning teams, to ensure the success of promotional and educational initiatives. Location: Whitfield Court, 30-32 Whitfield Street, London W1T 2RQ, United Kingdom Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic launch plans, ensuring seamless roll-out across regional and country teams. Lead the Global Brand Team and drive the annual strategic planning process. Shape and manage a high-performing team, ensuring accountability for performance and objectives. Collaborate with the Global Brand Team to create and align on strategic pillars and framework. Ensure consistency in global brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets. Gather insights, track campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on market data and competitor analysis. Collaborate with country teams to co-create relevant strategic frameworks. Support financial forecasts and development of annual metrics to monitor campaign success. Work with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs and training, to execute deliverables and defence activities. Align segmentation, targeting, and key metrics monitoring. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to support external advocacy. Collaborate with other Sinclair Aesthetic Brand teams to maximize the full facial portfolio and explore cross-selling opportunities. Develop and execute marketing tactics, including digital assets, events, and promotional materials. Lead creative development and manage agencies to execute brand strategies. Oversee the promotional budget and ensure alignment with tactical programmes. Monitor competitors and develop counter-competitive strategies. Lead portfolio and pipeline strategic planning in collaboration with commercial, R&D, and medical teams. Shape long-term product development plans and business cases for new assets. Role Competencies: Proven leadership of global brand teams, including project management, annual plan development, and stakeholder collaboration. Strong expertise in brand positioning, messaging, and compliance with regulatory standards. Strategic vision for growth, including lifecycle management, business development, and commercial investments. Translates strategy into clear cross-functional goals and leads execution, ensuring performance measurement. Collaborates closely with Regional Marketing and Global peers for alignment and success. Utilises business acumen and financial insights to make data-driven decisions and enhance financial performance. Essential Skills: University degree in business or medical fields. Proven leadership of a global brand team, developing and executing brand strategies. Strong experience in strategic LRP, product positioning, and competitive differentiation. Minimum 2 years in global marketing roles, with 3 years in country-level strategic marketing. Expertise in managing budgets and demonstrating ROI. Desirable: Experience marketing across diverse global markets.
