We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated individual to support, influence, and improve behaviour standards across the College, improving the attendance, retention and achievement of students through a proactive and visible presence on campus, challenging unsafe behaviours and educating learners to enable them to make better choices.
You will have significant experience of working with young people exhibiting challenging behaviours and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
The successful candidates will be strong team players with an organised, positive attitude to work, with the ability to demonstrate negotiating and influencing skills.
